Cupcakes

I made a lot of cupcakes for Beau's blessing dinner today and while it was fun I forgot how much work a cupcake is. I thought it would be easier to do cupcakes ( I don't know why I thought that as I have told myself several times before it wasn't). So next time instead of making 75 cupcakes, I'll just make either one BIG cake or 2 medium ones.
